A word from Ed

I was burned over 60% of my body in 1973 (one of the 1st large cases to go through Riley Hosp), I was just 2 years old.  My mother along with friends, family as well as Riley Hospital is the main reason I am here today.  PLNfoundation.com takes your donation and makes children's & loved ones @ Riley Hospital Burn Unit stay just a little easier.

The Indianapolis Colts have been so helpful and donate many Hours to my Foundation & to our Burn Survivors.  Every Year the Colts GM, Chris Ballard holds a VIP event at the Colts training camp just for our Foundation & our Burn Survivors.  Once training camp is done (that day) our kids are escorted on the field and get 30 mins to be able to get as many autographs as they want.

We partner with Hoosier Bun Camp and do 2 to 4 Large events a year.  We have taken 20 kids & guests to Chicago for the Polar Express, 35 survivors and guests to Disney on Ice as well as 20+ guests to Fair Oaks Farms.

Giving back is my passion as without people helping me & my family when I was Burned I would not be in this spot I am today.  Back in 1973 we didnt have School tutors, Ronald McDonald House or seats that turned into beds.  The rooms had a hard plastic chair and parents was not supose to spend the night (tell that to a mother).  My mother slep in a stationary Chair had to rent a Hotel room to take a shower (never sleeping in the Hotel) and she often had her shoes stolen.

Having children now I understand the magnitude she went through & appreciated her more then she will ever know.  This is my way of paying it forward & we appreciate your donations!
